Oak Nosh started small — to start, a borrowed room, and a conviction: the fire is older than the menu — cuts named, aged, and cooked over quebracho.
Today there are 21 seats, one long table, and a cellar that outgrew its cupboard years ago. The room is the neighbourhood's now as much as ours — come early, stay late.
